How do I know if I can purchase from you?

We are an authorized Harris Distributor, and we cover a 7 state area including: Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, North & South Dakota, Wisconsin and the small upper portion of Michigan. If you are in any of those areas, you can purchase from us, and if you still are not sure just contact us and we will be happy to help you out.

Can I use a credit card to pay for my purchase?

Yes, we do accept both Visa and MasterCard.

I will be making many purchases from your company is there any way that I can make payments?

You can always contact us for a credit application; once it has been completed and sent back to us; our finance department will make the determination on that. And you will then be notified. But in the mean time you can always use a credit card.

I made a purchase from another Harris Distributor and found that I really don’t need it. Can I return the item to you?

No, any item that you purchased from another distributor can not be returned to us. You will have to contact the distributor you purchased it from and find out what their return policy is.

We purchased three (3) of one item, and it turned out that we only needed two (2), so can we just package up the one we did not need and send it back; we will call and let you know that it is on it’s way; would that be okay?

No. All return items must have an RMA number or they will be refused. You must contact us first to get an RMA number before any thing can be returned.

We purchased an item almost two years ago. Can we return it after such a long period of time has past?

No, our return policy is for 30 days.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy, with a 25% restocking fee. And only after an authorization has been give. For a complete detail of our return policy please contact us.

I have a Harris Baler that is five (5) years old. Can you still do a preventative maintenance on it?

Yes, our technicians are well trained and very professional. They will be able to do preventative maintenance on a machine that is five years old. For all of your service needs and questions please feel free to contact us and we will be more then happy to help you out.
