Our conveyor manufactures custom build all kinds of conveyors for your material handling needs from simple slider beds to complex sorting system steel belts.
Conveyor frames are constructed primarily from hot-rolled sheet steel and heavy gauge structural steel meeting ASTM A-36 specifications. Curve sections utilize rolled structural shapes for smooth operation and noise reduction. Abrasion-resistant, ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polymer strips line all areas of contact between the chainbelt assembly and the steel frame. The polymer strips act as a lubricated surface to reduce friction and lower horsepower requirements. All shafts are minimum 2-15/16" diameter, mounted in type SCM pillow block ball bearings. Conveyor sides are an open design for ease of cleaning and maintenance. When abrasives are in the material stream, 2" vulcanized sidewall will be added to the belt assembly.
3", 4"
and 5" flanged wheels available with hardened steel bushings provides
maintenance free service. Hinges can be channel reinforced with 1/4"
thick AR wear strips. Heavy duty, double strand, C1045 steel chain with
precision die punched inside and outside links are standard. Head and tail
shafts fabricated out of C1045 cold finished steel. Shafts mounted in heavy
duty pillow block bearings with cast iron housings. Head and tail sprockets
flame cut and hardened for smooth operation and long life. Overlapping offset
style side wings minimize material spillage. Welded or precision die formed
fully closed loops provide a gap free rigid connection between pan and joint
pin. High grade steel used in pans resists deflection of belt under impact.
Available in 18" to 8' widths in 6", 9" and 12" pitches,
with 1/4", 7/16" or 1/2" steel plates and virtually any lengths.
Heavy duty drive assembly engineered to meet exact load requirements. Equipped
with a 1.15 s.f. motor, gear reducer and shear pin sprocket assembly for
overload protection. Heavy duty, open frame construction standard on every
unit. Frame is braced and reinforced for rigidity in all planes and is completely
shop fitted and welded. Load bars limit deflection of belt under impact
and run along the entire length of the conveyor.
